Shipping policy
Order processing times will vary depending on the type of sale.
For physical products that are in STOCK and digital goods: Orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. A high volume of orders may generate delays in processing times.
For physical products that are sold through PRE-ORDER: Orders will be processed and shipped within the time indicated inside each per-order, independently, and not before. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. You may receive timely updates through the newsletter, if any, about progress and/or delays that are outside our control.
If we find that, for whatever reason that we can't control, we can't send to a specific zone, we will let you know as soon as possible to reach to a solution or offer a refund.
It's your responsibility to keep up to date and read the updates sent via email or posted in social media by Somnia Crawler Echoes or an authorized person by Somnia Crawler Echoes, if any.
Shipping times are separated from processing times and may vary depending on the type of shipping you selected for your order, the destination, holiday events, postal service problems, and other things that are outside our control so we kindly ask you to be patient and make use of the tracking number for updates, if any.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Somnia Crawler Echoes and any of our partners are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Be mindful while placing an order if you´re located outside the United Kingdom.
There may be countries that we are not able to ship to. At this time, we do not ship to (this list will be updated periodically):

Pre-Order and Layaway Shipping policy exceptions:
We operate differently with certain types of Pre-Orders and with orders under a Layaway installment system: Shipping fees will be calculated and charged before the order is processed, to be shipped, and NOT at checkout. It will appear as free when you place your order

Not all Pre-Orders are tied to this article of the policy. Your order, where indicated, will be subject to this specific article of the Shipping Policy. We are happy to check for an estimation of the shipping fee at the time of order, if needed don't hesitate to reach out to our email, but we can't guarantee it will be the same amount once the pre-order or layaway gets to shipping.
Once the goods have arrived at our studio or the Layaway installments have been completed, meaning the order is ready to be processed: Shipping fees will be calculated, drafted and sent to you separately from your main order. Shipping will be charged before the processing time of your order, and your order will be processed only after confirmation of payment.
You will be notified that the Pre-Order or Layaway installments are coming to an end (whichever applies to your order and is the latest). You may be asked to confirm again your address to make sure the goods arrive to you, as these types of orders may take months to be manufactured and/or fulfilled.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. The rest of the policy applies normally.
In the case of not receiving payment for the shipping fees within 120 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the notification of your order being near to being fulfilled, your order will be considered abandoned and any amount charged for the goods will be considered a donation to us. You grant Somnia Crawler Echoes the possibility to cover potential damages or cut losses by making the goods of your order available for public sale after that time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status, if any. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
This doesn´t apply if the shipping chosen for your order doesn´t include tracking information. You will still receive a notification of the order being shipped to you after the processing time.
If you haven’t received your order within the days indicated by the shipping service, after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customercare@somniacrawlerechoes.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
In some instances we may not accept shipping to P.O. boxes.
Refunds and returns.
We may accept refunds and returns up to 14 days after delivery. You can find more info on our Refund Policy here.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customercare@somniacrawlerechoes.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition where possible. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Somnia Crawler Echoes will not be responsible for shipping losses or damages if the packages are not insured at full price.
